NEW YORK, NY — Music superstar Alicia Keys is partnering with CNN for the video world premier of her new song, "Good Job," on Thursday night as part of the network's global town hall on the new coronavirus.

You can watch the television performance on CNN or on CNN's website.

A 15-time Grammy winner, Keys originally wrote the song to recognize the unsung heroes in her own life. However, in the midst of a global pandemic, she realized the song had larger implications.

"Whether you're on the front lines at the hospital, balancing work, family and home-school teaching, delivering mail, packages or food, or facing other personal difficulties because of COVID-19, I feel you," Keys said in a news release Wednesday. "You are seen, loved and deeply appreciated."

The song will also be used as the theme for a new CNN Heroes campaign, which aims to celebrate ordinary people who have stepped up as heroes amid the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
