‘White Victimhood’ Called Out + Who’s Killing Pelicans And Why?

ACROSS AMERICA — More than one hundred demonstrators gathered in a Chicago suburb this week to denounce a lawsuit filed by a teacher claiming she was discriminated against for being white.

Stacy Deemar, a Wilmette resident and part-time drama teacher in Evanston/Skokie School District 65, filed the federal civil rights lawsuit claiming she was subjected to a "racially hostile environment" after she spoke out against the district’s anti-racism policies. She also alleged she was treated differently at work because she identifies as white.

The demonstrators weren’t having it.

"We're going to give the hook to white supremacy. That means that we're closing the curtain on opportunity hoarding and opportunity gaps. That means we're going to cut the mics of colonizers," Abdel Shakur, a teacher at Evanston Township High School, spoke during the rally. A Conundrum For The Ages

It’s one of life’s greatest unanswered questions: Why, when hot dogs come in packs of 10, do hot dog buns only come in packages of eight? The two rarely share the same number. But now, one of the nation’s leading ketchup makers is demanding a change.
