President Trump Campaigns In Alabama: White House Schedule September 22

Meanwhile, the vice president meets the governor of Maine and then heads to Indiana.

THE PRESIDENT

The president is starting his day at his golf course in New Jersey. In the afternoon, he will head down to Huntsville, Alabama to campaign for Luther Strange who is running to keep his Senate seat (he was appointed to replace Jeff Sessions).

Then, it's back to the golf club. Maybe for the weekend. The White House hasn't said yet.

THE VICE PRESIDENT

Later in the day, joined by Governor Eric Holcomb, Senator Joe Donnelly, Congresswoman Susan Brooks, Congressman Luke Messer, and Congressman Todd Rokita, Pence will visit Anderson, Indiana to meet with local business leaders and Hoosier families to discuss health care and tax reform.

The vice president will conclude his visit with formal remarks to the community at the Wylam Center of Flagship East.

WHITE HOUSE DAILY BRIEFING

No word from the White House on when - or even if - there will be a briefing on Friday.
