Later in the day, he will deliver remarks at the Wilson Center.
In the evening, the Pences will join the President and First Lady to participate in the Congressional Picnic.

At 1 p.m. Eastern, Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Sanders will lead a gaggle in the White House Briefing Room. It will be off camera and no audio recording will be allowed to be broadcast.
