President Trump Meets With Senior Military Leaders: White House Schedule October 5, 2017
President Trump meets with Senator Tom Cotton and then senior military leaders while Pence hosts the first meeting of the Space Council.

THE PRESIDENT
In the morning, President Trump will get his daily intelligence briefing, followed by a meeting with Senator Tom Cotton, one of his most consistent allies in the Senate. While the White House didn't elaborate on what they will be talking about, on Tuesday, Cotton called on Trump to decertify the nuclear deal with Iran - something that Trump has been hinting that he might do.
In the afternoon, he meets with the chairwoman of the Republican National Committee.

Later he will get a briefing from what the White House describes as "senior military leaders."
In the evening, he will be joined by the first lady and have dinner with senior military leaders and their spouses.

THE VICE PRESIDENT
Vice President Mike Pence will host the first meeting of the National Space Council at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Virginia. That meeting will be live streamed and can be seen here.
Later in the day, the Pence and his wife head to Orlando for a briefing regarding the rescue and recovery efforts in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. They will then tour the Disaster Relief Center at Orlando International Airport.
Pence will then join members of the Puerto Rican community and faith leaders at Iglesia de Dios in Kissimmee (Church of God). He will then give formal remarks and assist in the church's volunteer efforts distributing goods to Puerto Rico for the relief effort.
