White House Violated Federal Law With Hold On Ukraine Aid: Report
The Government Accountability Office found the Trump Administration violated a law that governs how the White House disburses funds.

The Trump administration violated federal law by withholding congressionally approved military aid to Ukraine in 2019, according to the nonpartisan Government Accountability Office.
The report from the top congressional watchdog came a day after the House of Representatives sent articles of impeachment of President Donald Trump to the Senate.
The White House immediately rebutted the charge.
