Childbirth classes, specifically designed to answer the questions most important to expecting parents and to facilitate conversation and connection among other parents at the same stage of pregnancy

Prenatal yoga, which facilitates a more comfortable and happy pregnancy while equipping moms with techniques they can use during delivery

Doulas, who are birthing assistants hired directly by couples to provide personalized informational and emotional support during pregnancy and labor

Concierge services, including consultations about sleep and potty training; choosing an obstetrician or midwife; decision-making about tests and other choices during pregnancy and new parenting; and breastfeeding counseling

Mom&Baby/Dad&Baby social groups, where new parents can meet others at the same stage of parenting as they are
