Aikido is the perfect way to introduce young people to the benefits of martial arts.&nbsp;
At the Lakeshore Aikido Club parents and children alike can explore, try out, and learn some basic movements and teechniques, and talk to the teacher.

This fall, the Lakeshore Aikido Club will introduce a unique Japanese movement program, Aiki-Taiso, dedicated to lifelong health, balance, flexibility, and mindful movement. 
Be among the first to join the first stand-alone Aiki-Taiso program in the area, and taught by an experienced instructor with decades of study in Japanese culture and martial arts.
