We are so excited for our July Pop Up, Pick Up, Pour Up, hosted by our friends at the Lakewood Early Childhood PTA!
This month will be extra special because we will have an early-bird cleanup at 5:30-6:30pm for our youngest volunteers, and afterwards they will head to Dairy Queen for a sweet treat!
Volunteers of any age are also welcome to join at 5:30!
For the 'big kids', we will have a cleanup at our regular time, 6:30-7:30, and afterwards we will head to Lakewood Truck Park to celebrate!
Pop Up - Meet at Edwards Park at 5:30 or 6:30 pm. Bags, vests gloves, and litter tongs will be provided.
Pick Up - Help us to pick up litter and beautify the public spaces along the Detroit Avenue commercial corridor.
Pour Up - Afterwards, around 7:30, we'll head across the street to Lakewood Truck Park to pour up a drink (pay as you go) in celebration of a job well done.
We hope you can join us to beautify our community!

Tuesday, July 14, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 per person. A reception will follow the concert. This concert is a FUNdraiser for Unity Spiritual Center, 23855 Detroit Road, Westlake, OH, 44145. Our building is fully accessible for guests who use mobility aids.

Mark your calendars and grab your sunhat! GardenWalk Lakewood,&nbsp;a proud member group of The Lakewood Foundation, is back for its fifth year on Saturday, July 18, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This free, self-guided tour invites visitors to explore some of Lakewood's most creative and inspiring residential and community gardens. This year’s event will focus exclusively on gardens located south of Detroit Avenue.
Visitors can explore at their own pace, spending as much or as little time as they like at each stop. From thoughtfully designed landscapes and pollinator gardens to creative small-space solutions, GardenWalk showcases the beauty, ingenuity, and diversity growing throughout our community.
To help visitors make the most of their day, <a href="https://www.gardenwalklakewood.org/2024-gardenwalk-maps" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">GardenWalk Lakewood offers several resources on its website</a>, including:
<ul>
 <li>A detailed garden map organized by area, complete with descriptions of each participating garden</li>
 <li>A simplified map for visitors who prefer an at-a-glance overview</li>
 <li>Self-guided neighborhood bike routes created by our friends at Bike Lakewood</li>
</ul>
Once again, <a href="https://lakewoodgardencenter.net/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Lakewood Garden Center</a> (13230 Detroit Ave) will serve as one of the event's information stations. They will also donate 10% of all sales made on July 18 to support GardenWalk Lakewood and its mission to build community and beautify our city.

Whether you visit on foot or by bike, GardenWalk Lakewood offers a unique opportunity to discover beautiful gardens, connect with neighbors, and gather inspiration for your own green spaces.
