I have lived in Encino for 46 years and I am on the Encino Neighborhood Council and I Chair the Outreach Committee for the ENC. Our community is changing and although important to embrace the changes we also need to retain some of the charm that made Encino the place we call home. Community involvement is vital to the success of any community and I look forward to bringing our community together.
