Designed for early- and mid-career women, this casual event is an opportunity to expand your network, connect with inspiring women, and learn more about Anne Arundel Women Giving Together.
Whether you are interested in community involvement, professional connections, volunteer opportunities, or collective philanthropy, we would love for you to meet our members and explore how you can get involved.

As an added bonus, this event is also a Give Back Night benefiting AAWGT's component fund at the <a href="https://cfaac.org/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County</a>. Thanks to the generosity of Broadneck Grill and Cantina, 10% of all food sales from 5:00–9:00pm will be donated to support our grantmaking program, helping us invest even more in local nonprofits throughout Anne Arundel County.
There is no cost to attend, and each attendee is responsible for their own food and beverage purchases. We hope you will join us for an evening of connection, conversation, and community impact.

 Register by July 4, and receive a $15 discount! At checkout, use discount code PATCH. While this self-defense workshop is geared towards college students currently in college or headed to college, it is open to other teens and adults.&nbsp;
 We will empower participants to protect themselves with these 3 levels of self-defense:
1) Avoidance - Learn basic skills for avoiding trouble and protecting yourself. We will start with a discussion on safety to help you avoid trouble. 
2) Escape - Learn escape techniques if you find yourself in a situation you are unable to avoid. 
3) Fighting Back - Self-defense techniques will be covered for fighting back when you aren't able to escape easily. Not a good date? We are happy to put together a workshop for your group.
