CHANNAHON, IL — Come for the crafts. You might discover your next address.
Remington Woods will host a craft fair on Saturday, October 24, from 10am- 3pm at the clubhouse, 22601 S. Remington Dr, bringing creativity, shopping and conversation together in this tree-lined Channahon subdivision.
The event offers a chance to explore a neighborhood that balances peaceful surroundings with everyday life. Homeowners include working professionals and retirees alike, drawn to single-family ranch homes, welcoming streets and room to enjoy life beyond the workday.
Walking paths and an outdoor lounge make it easy to unwind, while a state-of-the-art fitness center brings your workout close to home. The clubhouse features an elevator-accessible lower-level recreation room with billiards, darts and ping pong, plus a big screen for catching your favorite game. Upstairs, cozy up by the fireplace in the main-level lounge, complete with a chef’s kitchen for gathering and entertaining.
With Remington Woods in its final phase of new-home sales, prospective buyers can also learn about the available homes and arrange a closer look.
Whether your next chapter includes a busy career, a shorter to-do list or simply a home that better fits your life, Remington Woods is worth discovering.
You may come looking for something for your home—and leave thinking about a different front door.
