Andrea Kazantzis, Neighbor

I’m Andrea Kazantzis, CCIM – Realtor & Broker, a licensed Connecticut real estate broker (CT REB.0791040) and Broker of Kazantzis Real Estate, LLC, serving Eastern Connecticut.

My work is rooted in commercial real estate advisory, with a focus on industrial listings, property strategy, negotiation, and informed decision-making. I help clients understand the market, evaluate opportunities, prepare for important decisions, and move through transactions with clear professional guidance.

As a CCIM, I bring a strategic and data-driven perspective to both commercial and residential real estate. Whether someone is buying, selling, repositioning, or evaluating a property, I believe the process should be grounded in market understanding, careful negotiation, and a clear strategy that supports the client’s goals.

Real estate can shape a business, an investment plan, a family decision, or a major transition. My goal is to serve as a trusted advisor who brings credibility, strategy, and calm guidance to each step of the process.
