The Comedy Arena

Hilarity for Charity at The Comedy Arena is an interactive comedy experience where the audience becomes part of the show and every ticket sold benefits the CUTX Charitable Foundation.
Expect a night of big laughs, quick wit, audience participation, and unforgettable moments, all in support of programs serving some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
Your ticket helps support: • Families facing food insecurity • Women and children in crisis • Students pursuing education opportunities • Neighbors with special needs • Individuals experiencing homelessness

Plus enjoy raffle prizes, a Heads or Tails game, food, drinks, and plenty of surprises throughout the evening.

THE COMEDY ARENA'S Main Stage is located on the second floor, on the northwest corner of Hwy 5 and Virginia St. The main entrance is on the first floor, on Virginia St. There is an elevator at the rear of the building as well as a staircase both inside and outside of the building.
ENTERING &amp; SEATING The House typically opens 30 minutes before showtime. Seats are only guaranteed until showtime. Ticket price may be more expensive at the door (if any remain).
All seating is based on size of party and when guests arrive at the show. We have cabaret style seating, so small tables with chairs around them. Most of our tables seat 4 people. If your group is smaller you may be sitting with another group, if it is larger you will have multiple tables next to each other. To ensure a whole table to your group, you need to buy 4 tickets.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No refunds or exchanges offered after the show. Please make sure you purchase tickets for the correct date and time. You may be able to have your tickets moved to a future event if you notify the box office 24 hours before the start of the show to which you have tickets.
There is a 2 Item (Food or Beverage) Minimum Per Person. This means each person must purchase 2 items off the menu. This can be an alcoholic, or non-alcoholic drink, or any of our food items. Hot Butter is a fast-paced night of hilarious short-form improv comedy featuring alumni from the legendary Dallas improv show Ad-Libs.
Inspired by audience suggestions, the cast creates ridiculous games, quick-thinking scenes, and unpredictable comedy completely on the spot. Expect big laughs, playful chaos, and the kind of high-energy improv that made Ad-Libs a local favorite for years. His comedy special "Out of Nowhere (Live in Hollywood)" is out now. His work with the NFL, Xbox, Tastemade, FanDuel, and GOAL USA have amassed millions of views online. Peter was featured in the film "Oppenheimer" as an FBI agent and has starred in various feature films, comedy and storytelling shows, animated projects, and national commercials. Dez O’Neal Dez O'Neal was dubbed the "Funniest Comic In Texas" out of 500 contestants! He also was a Top 3 Finalist in the 2020 San Diego comedy festival and was jus the winner of the 2021 Fort Wayne World Series of comedy.Dez O'Neal also known as the DOC, the funny doctor living the mantra that laughter works just as good as medicine, is a (Dallas) DFW Stand-Up Comedian introduced to the arts via acting/theatre. Three years ago, he took his naturally humorous personality and his theatre training to the stage as a Stand-Up Comedian, and has built and building a supportive following based off his comedic prowess.
Shawn Lee Shawn Lee is a clean, witty comedian with a knack for weaving humor into everyday experiences. All the way from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and now based in Dallas, Texas, Shawn brings a unique perspective to the stage. Whether recounting his adventures chasing NFL dreams or navigating the world of changing SIM cards and crazy customers, Shawn's comedy resonates with audiences of all ages.

Dal Sanders is a magician and entertainer with over four decades of experience in the comedy magic. With a passion for the craft and a commitment to excellence, he has captivated audiences across the world with his dynamic performances. From headlining his own shows to sharing the stage with some of the biggest names in entertainment, Dal Sanders has made a name for himself as a versatile performer, who combines close-up magic, stand-up comedy, and illusions to create an unforgettable experience.
With a career that has spanned television, film, and specials, Dal Sanders has appeared on Comedy Central and has starred in TV commercials and films. Currently, he and his wife Cinde host the internationally syndicated television show "Kartoon Circus," where they perform magic for a live studio audience. Dal Sanders is truly a magician for all ages and a testament to the power of imagination and hard work.
