Ankeny Library Children's Department, Neighbor

As Youth and Children's Librarians, Sherry and Kelly's responsibilities include organizing and planning library programs for children, young adults and families. Programs include story times, book groups, movies, special events, Teen Advisory Group (T.A.G.) and more.

Sherry lives in the country near Ankeny with her husband, Michael. They have four children, Sam, Noah, Chloe' and Grace. She greatly enjoys being a librarian and snow shoeing.

Kelly lives in Ankeny with her husband, Jeremy, children, Megan and Will, and her dog, Zoey. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, exercising or reading a good book.
