Annie McCarthy-Dance, Neighbor

Annie McCarthy-Dance is a contributing writer for New Canaan Patch. She lived in New Canaan for several years, and currently lives in Danbury.  She has extensive experience with marketing communications, writing and editing, and has been published in numerous publications including Us Weekly, Modern Bride Chicago, and Art + Auction magazines.

Annie is currently earning her Master of Arts in Communication at Fairfield University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with concentrations in Journalism and Public Relations, and a minor in Government from Manhattan College, which was awarded in May 2004. While a Jasper, Annie was a Senior Staff Writer for the Manhattan College weekly student newspaper, The Quadrangle.

When not writing for Patch, or writing her thesis for grad. school, she can be found taking care of her Scottish Terrier, Stuart.
