Asllan Berisha, Neighbor

Asllan Berisha began his professional career in 2010 as the Head Concierge for a luxury condominium in New York City. After three years in this position, he moved to an Administrative Assistant position at Century Management. It was here that Asllan Berisha began to take on more responsibilities such as portfolio building, creating solutions for any arising problems, and assisting with building projects and remodeling. In 2015 Asllan moved to AKAM Building Management where he became an Assistant Property Manager. Here he reviewed and compiled financial statements, reviewed payroll reports, oversaw accounts receivable and accounts payable for staff, and assisted shareholders with any questions or concerns in regards to maintenance and financial statements. In 2017 Asllan started working for Douglas Elliman Property Management, which is one of the top property management companies in New York. He is currently working as a property manager at Rudd Realty.

While there are hundreds of real estate brokers in New York there are far fewer with as much management experience as Asllan Berisha. His personal experience and understanding of how the properties are run give him an advantage over his competitors.
