I'm not a nutritionist, I'm not a trainer, I'm just a guy who enjoys using and manipulating my body is various ways. I've been heavily into overall fitness for about 3 years now so my knowledge comes from experience. Watching, asking questions, and trying new things. 

I'm going to try to be good and post a new blog every week on a different topic. Questions and comments can create great discussions and the sharing of even more knowledge.
