Hello, I'm Ben and I graduated with honors from Rutgers University in 2015. I am beginning to embark on a career of advocacy, and have turned my attentions to the affordable housing situation in this country. Advocates in New Jersey are about to undergo some huge challenges in next few months, which could effect in a big way the national fight for affordable housing. NJ decisions on Affordable Housing are national judicial bellwethers, so this summer is going to be really important.
