"Growlers on the Grass" Friday night Band series on the lawn behind the Shakespeare theater on Fridays from 6:00-8:00. There will be a different band on stage with a different food truck each week. the public is invited to attend along with blankets or chairs, coolers and baskets, as well as yard games or frisbees. pets on leash are also welcome. This is a very family friendly event with the purpose of raising awareness about the plight of the abandoned theatre, raising money to keep the series alive, but primarily to offer families a great night of entertainment in an underutilized beautiful piece of public property. Suggested donation is 5.00$ per person or 20.00$ per car full.
