Boutwells Landing is a nonprofit organization, inspired through the combined leadership and expertise of its founding partners: Lakeview Hospital, Croixdale and Presbyterian Homes & Services. Through a shared desire to enhance the quality of life for older adults in the St. Croix River Valley, they have created a community where each person’s dignity, independence and well-being are championed above all else. Together, their vision, values and strength have made Boutwells Landing a place of local renown, where personal discovery and fulfillment are part of everyday life.
