Cravings & Metabolism: What You Should Know

Your body already makes GLP-1. So where does nutrition come in? Discover how food and everyday habits can support your body’s natural appetite signals—and explore a practical, personalized approach to metabolic wellness that starts with how you nourish yourself.
Join us at Recoupia Spa for an engaging morning with clinical nutritionist Cheri Soraparu, MS, CCN, and our wellness team. Explore the science behind appetite and metabolism, discover practical nutrition strategies, and find out what personalized support can look like —without the hype.
If you’ve been navigating cravings, changing energy levels, digestive concerns, or frustration with your weight, this is a chance to ask questions and explore what a more supported approach could look like.

Complimentary Fit3D Body Scan
We'll be offering optional Fit3D body scans during the event. This technology captures a 3D view of your body and provides measurements that can be used as a starting point for tracking changes over time.
Interested in trying it? Wear close-fitting clothing, such as leggings and a fitted top, or bring a change of clothes.
Scans are complimentary and subject to availability during the event.
