Bronson, Neighbor

Bronson Dant is a CrossFit Level 2 Certified Trainer and a CrossFit Certified Weightlifting Coach. Bronson spent several years in the US Army as a senior physical fitness instructor. He was also a US Army, mixed martial arts instructor for 3 years. He has a passion for the sport of CrossFit and is constantly immersing himself in the vast library of knowledge that is available on technique, development, and programming for CrossFit athletes. Bronson owns and operates Ellicott City Health and Fitness in Ellicott City, Maryland.
