Advocate, educator and avid angler Bruce Berman served as Director of Strategy & Communications for Save the Harbor/Save the Bay for 35 years. He and his wife Patricia Foley were recently honored as "Historic Heroes" at Save the Harbor's 40th Anniversary Gala in the Seaport

Berman is the CEO of Catalyst New Media Group, with offices in Boston and Miami Beach. He curates the web portal www.bostonharbor.com, edits the blog "The View From Sea Level" and manages Boston Harbor's official YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/@bostonharbor/live.

From April - November he lives on his 41' Defever Trawler the Verandah at Constitution Marina in Charlestown. From November - April he lives in Miami's South Beach, and is the lead organizer of the Miami Beach Cupid Splash.
