I am a mental health therapist, offering individual and family/couples counseling out of my office located in Trinity Yoga Studio. I host various events and workshops around the local West Pasco community. I have a passion for helping people find happiness and inner peace. I teach yoga at Trinity Yoga Studio (www.Trinity-Yoga.com) and love to share this practice with everyone, including those who have never tried. I hold a weekly meditation at the studio on Thursdays 1-1:30pm, which is open to the public and donation based. I spend time volunteering for Veterans Alternative, Inc. (www.VeteransAlternative.org) in Holiday. I have been blessed with a lot of wonderful work in this community!
