As a Cape Cod-based, non-profit culinary incubator, CCCi fosters relationships between commercial kitchen operators and local food makers in order to help create and grow local food businesses. The synergy within this environment offers an opportunity to provide mentor-ship, motivation, food industry training, and capital formation expertise.

When public and private organizations come together, resources intersect in meaningful ways. There’s a collective wisdom and energy that gives coop participants a chance to leverage the expertise of and access a wide range of contacts in the fields of culinary arts, hospitality, agriculture, education, wholesale and retail commerce, government, economic development, and philanthropy. CCCi believes this partnership is key to driving economic growth and stability on Cape Cod.

Entrepreneurial spirit abounds on Cape Cod. Our goal is to help serve: recent graduates of our excellent educational institutions who are looking for an entry into a long-term food industry career; young adults with limited experience in the hospitality or culinary arts industries, who want to strike out on their own; and seniors who have enjoyed successful careers and now have the time and resources to embark on a fulfilling second career.
