Hosted at ELYU, KŌSA is a collaborative omakase experience bringing together the culinary worlds of Chef Reiji Yoshizawa and Chef Seiya Noborikawa. Rooted in Japanese technique, the menu combines the depth, acidity and soulful flavors of Chef Reiji’s Filipino heritage with Chef Seiya’s Peruvian and broader Latin American influences. Hosted inside Seiya’s forthcoming Coconut Grove restaurant, this intimate tasting experience will offer guests an early look at the new space and Chef Seiya Noborikawa’s signature “Nikkei Alterno” style. Guests will enjoy a selection of bites paired with cocktails and tastings of House of Rare’s award-winning tequilas. The evening will culminate in the debut of RAREcask Umeshu Reposado, an experimental release available exclusively at Seiya. Pricing: $40 for the tasting experience; $60 for the tasting experience and a bottle of House of Rare Blanco to take home
