Ed and Carol Nicodemi, Neighbor

Born and raised in the Bronx, I moved to Bayside with my parents at 17 years of age. I went to Queens College, met my husband there while studying music, married and lived in Astoria for some years. We came back to Bayside, and have stayed here ever since:) We raised our 2 children here, and now, on our own, have taken advantage of these past few years to pursue our music careers fulltime. I am a professional singer who both writes and performs folk-jazz, theatre and children's music, My husband, (an excellent guitarist/pianist and composer) and I perform in public libraries, schools, women's garden clubs, house concerts and so much more. We're available for private teaching as well, motivated students only, all ages:) We love to watch The Golden Girls re-runs on a regular basis, because laughter is what keeps all of us going- right?
