Forest Ridge PTA, Neighbor

The Forest Ridge PTA is a parent-teacher organization that serves the Oak Forest schools of District 142: Ridge Early Childhood Center, Kerkstra Elementary, Foster Elementary, and Hille Middle School.

Our PTA works each year to fundraise a total of $16,000 each year for District 142’s schools ($4,000 each). That money is used to fund after school activities, assemblies, field trips and more! Without the PTA our schools would be a much bleaker place for our students- in fact, when compared with other nearby districts, our children have many more opportunities and activities in their schools as a direct result of our Parent Teacher Association!

The Forest Ridge PTA also plans after school activities throughout the year: movie nights, jump zone nights, bowling nights, our family fun fair, family fun nights, skating parties, and so much more!
