Some places simply feel like home.
Tucked quietly among the trees in Channahon, Remington Woods invites you to explore beautiful single-family ranch homes in an established 55+ community known for its peaceful streets and welcoming atmosphere.
Hosted by Brandy Crask, Director of Sales of Ravinia Communities, this open house offers a chance to tour the last four available homes and experience the quietest streets in Will County, tucked away in the woods. This isn't a retirement lifestyle here. It's a quiet lifestyle.
“What I love most is how it feels here—the quiet streets, the trees, and the room to enjoy your own home,” Crask says. “I’ve put so much thought into these homes and their luxury upgrades. Seeing someone walk in and begin imagining their life here is the best part.”Brand new single family homes, 1300- 1600 sq ft, from $125,000- $182,500.
With the final phase complete and only a limited selection of homes remaining, this is a special opportunity to find your place at Remington Woods.
“Remington Woods gives you the feeling of coming home before you have even chosen which home is yours.”
