Tsukamoto’s concerts are not just musical events; they are immersive experiences that weave lyrical narratives with intricate melodies. Hiroya Tsukamoto is a Japanese-born fingerstyle guitarist who moved to the United States in 2000 to attend the Berklee College of Music. Needless to say, he’s not only a dizzyingly agile fingerpicker, but a soulful and transcendent performer, with compositions that combine instrumental guitar work with lyrical performance and spoken stories from his life.
Tsukamoto has been recognized for his talents on stages such as at Blue Note in New York City, Japanese National Television (NHK), International Storytelling Center and United Nations, and by scoring second place at the International Fingerstyle Guitar Championship both in 2018 and 2022.

Join them at the West Falmouth Library to learn more about how writing is who they are – it’s not just what they do. Featured authors are <a href="https://sandrabaroneauthor.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Sandra Barone</a>, The Dark Fiction &amp; Murder Mystery Writer; Christine Giuliano, The Poet; and Pamela Martorama, The Anthology Writer &amp; Curator. We’ll meet and mingle in the community room, share sightings, photos, successful locations and tips followed by a group migration to the garden for a group sit and observation.
Bringing along a portable chair is encouraged (available outdoor seating is limited) and your favorite binoculars. Since we will be meeting inside first, you’re welcome to leave your chair on the back patio while we gather inside.

James E. Carroll is an attorney and an author of legal fiction. His Jamie Carson Legal Thriller Series opens a window into the world of high stakes litigation in federal and state courts practiced by only the best lawyers. A Franklin, Massachusetts native, Jim is Jesuit educated at Boston College High School and Fairfield University. After teaching in private and public high schools, Jim graduated cum laude as a member of the Law Review from Suffolk University Law School. He spent three years at a large Boston law firm before joining the Office of Special Litigation as a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC where he cut his teeth trying numerous cases in federal court around the country to verdict on behalf of the United States. Jim lives on Cape Cod and in Vero Beach, Florida.

Join us for the 2nd annual Cape Cod Pottery Trail! This self-guided trail offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at the people and places where Cape Cod pottery is made. With 16 locations on the 2026 trail map and multiple artists at some locations, visitors can experience an extraordinary range of ceramic work—from wheel-thrown and slipcast functional ware to hand-built sculpture, jewelry, raku and wood-fired pieces. Many of these spaces are not open to the public outside the Trail, making the weekend a unique opportunity to meet the artists, see their creative processes, and purchase work directly from the makers. The Trail is free and open to everyone. There is no starting point or route. Visitors already on-Cape can jump onto the trail at any location, while those arriving from off-Cape often begin at the Sagamore location. Download a map from the Pottery Trail website. For an added element of fun, this map doubles as a Pottery Passport which provides space to collect a stamp at each stop. Complete the passport and turn it in at the final stop for a chance to win a handmade piece created by one of the Trail artists. September 25, 5-7pm Kick Off the Weekend at the Preview Party Get the hottest ticket in town!
