Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death to older adults, as well as the primary cause of injuries in trauma centers nation-wide. As part of National Fall Prevention Awareness Week
(September 21-25), we invite you to join a free “On Your Feet” Fall Prevention workshop that will help you learn valuable tips that will lead to a safer future.

This 3-hour interactive course equips you with essential knowledge on home and community safety, vision changes, medication side effects, osteoporosis care, and light strength and balancing exercises. This event is led by the Trauma Injury Prevention Nurse Coordinator and a Physical Therapist from St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center.
