Cathy Denault is a Human Resources Professional who brings over 20 years experience in areas such as Employee Relations, Recruitment, Talent Management, Labor Relations and Learning and Development strategies. Cathy has worked in a variety of industries such as Health Care, Publishing, Manufacturing and Real Estate.

Cathy is certified in Predictive Index, an employee assessment tool. Cathy is also certified by the Center for Creative Leadership to analyze and deliver 360 degree feedback assessments.

Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College. She is both a national and state member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds both the SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (SHRM – Senior Certified Professional) certifications.

Cathy’s passion is around training and public speaking on topics such as author of “Inside the Box, Protecting your Power”, a women’s empowerment self-help book

Cathy is a resident of Woodbury, Connecticut, a former member of the Board of Economic Development Committee and a proud graduate of the Woodbury Citizens Police Academy.
