About this week's presenter: Dr.&nbsp;Megan Bragg&nbsp;is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a PhD in Nutritional Biology.&nbsp;Megan&nbsp;received her RDN credential in 2015 before beginning a research career focused on maternal/child nutrition. Over the past 10 years, she's published studies ranging from the role of choline for growth and development among young children in Malawi to the impact of maternal diet during pregnancy on children's autism development. In 2021 and 2024,&nbsp;Megan&nbsp;also got a chance for hands-on experience in this realm as she welcomed her two children! Recently,&nbsp;Megan&nbsp;has been using the information she's learned to provide evidence-based nutrition counseling for moms, children, and families as the owner of Family Centered Nutrition Science. She currently offers telehealth sessions related to reproductive nutrition (fertility, prenatal, postnatal), childhood nutrition (introduction of solids, picky eating), and women's health (PCOS, menopause) for families in PA/DE/NJ. She accepts most major insurance plans. Bench Stealers is a 5 piece rock band from Villanova PA. Formed in October of 2023, they released three singles in 2024, then welcomed their new singer Amelia Simons in Fall of 2025. 
Finding Violet are a 4 piece student band formed at Villanova University in 2024, who love performing covers of anything from classic rock and soul to modern pop hits.Advance Discount General Admission Seating, $12. VIP Reserved Table Seating $18. (minimum 2 per table) At the Door: $15. Advance Discount sales close 5 pm day of show.

Historic Yellow Springs Inc

The 53rd Annual Yellow Springs Art Show returns April 25–May 10 at Historic Yellow Springs, continuing one of Chester County’s most cherished spring traditions. Open daily from 10 am to 4 pm with free admission, this juried exhibition features 210 artists and over 4,000 original works for sale, filling the galleries of the Lincoln Building with an inspiring variety of paintings, sculpture, and fine craft. Visitors of all ages are welcome, and families can enjoy the popular Art Quest scavenger hunt, making the Art Show a perfect seasonal outing.
As Historic Yellow Springs’ largest annual fundraiser, the Art Show helps support the organization’s mission to preserve and celebrate the unique living village of Yellow Springs through history, arts, education, and environmental stewardship. 
The event concludes on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 10, with the Art Around the Village Community Event, a free celebration from 10 am to 2 pm featuring artist demonstrations, creative activities, village tours, games, food truck and more!

53rd Annual Yellow Springs Art Show - April 25 - May 10

Bring your family and friends to the Purcellville Music and Arts Festival on Saturday, April 25 from noon to 7 p.m. rain or shine. This free, family-friendly event will be held at Fireman’s Field Park and inside the Bush Tabernacle Skating Rink at 250 South Nursery Avenue.

Enjoy a full day of live music and performances across multiple stages, along with an art exhibit, games, chalk art, and a variety of interactive activities. Browse offerings from local vendors featuring handcrafted goods, food, beverages, and more. There will be fun for all ages, including face painting, glitter tattoos, sidewalk chalk art, and t-shirt or tote bag decorating. Local non-profits will also be on-site sharing information and resources. Special activities will highlight and celebrate the 250th anniversary of America’s independence. 
Inside the Bush Tabernacle Skating Rink—transformed into the Art Hall—you’ll find more than 30 works of art, live performances, art demonstrations, and hands-on activities including quilt square decorating and an Instrument Petting Zoo. Be sure to pick up a festival scavenger hunt booklet and complete it for a chance to win a prize!
