Raised in Fairfield County, Chelsea has called the area home for over 20 years. Having grown up here, attended middle and high school locally, and later returning to Stamford after earning her degree from the University of Hartford, she brings a deep, lived understanding of the communities she serves. Her local roots, combined with a genuine appreciation for the character and nuances of Fairfield County, allow her to guide clients with confidence and care.

Chelsea’s interest in real estate began early. Growing up, her family relocated across New York, Connecticut, California, Utah, and Oklahoma, which were experiences that exposed her to the emotional, logistical, and financial realities of buying, selling, and renting homes at a young age. Those early experiences sparked a lasting fascination with homes, interiors, and the details that make each space unique. Today, that perspective informs her ability to thoughtfully support clients through every stage of their own real estate journeys.

Prior to transitioning into real estate, Chelsea spent 12 years building a successful career in marketing, working with organizations including a global executive search firm, nonprofit initiatives based in New Canaan, higher-education programs, and established lifestyle brands. Her background in strategy, branding, content, and client experience allows her to bring a modern, polished, and intentional approach to real estate—particularly when it comes to positioning homes, communicating value, and advocating for her clients’ best interests.

Chelsea works with buyers, sellers, investors, and referrals throughout Fairfield County. Clients appreciate her calm demeanor, strategic mindset, and white-glove approach. She is known for doing her due diligence, being solutions-oriented, and going above and beyond to ensure each transaction is handled with care, clarity, and integrity.
