I am a Resident in Counseling at New Directions Counseling Group, LLC working under the supervision of Thomas Lamp, LPC. In August 2016, I earned my Master’s degree in Pastoral Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University. My specialized training and personal and professional experience with grief counseling, prenatal and postpartum mental health, caregiving, and couples counseling, makes me particularly well-suited to supporting bereaved adults and couples, family and professional caregivers, mothers and couples facing perinatal depression and anxiety and transition to parenthood.
