Everyone is welcome to attend. Enjoy a brief guided meditation and short talk on how to keep a peaceful mind in daily life.
After the talk, there will be time to socialize and enjoy a community potluck for those who would like to stay.&nbsp; Bring a vegetarian dish to share if you wish!
