Dr. Christine Weber provides psychological and neuropsychological services to adolescents and adults in Seaford and surrounding communities. She conducts psychiatric screenings for bariatric surgery, psychotherapy, counseling and neuropsychological evaluations to assess cognitive disorders and dementias.
Her education background includes a Ph.D. and an M.Phil. in Psychology from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, where she was awarded the Robert L. Thompson Award for Research and Academic Excellence. Dr. Weber completed her M.A. and B.A. in Psychology from Hunter College. She completed postgraduate studies in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health. Dr. Weber acquired graduate and post graduate training at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons. She was Assistant Clinical Professor at the Silberstein Aging and Dementia Center at NYU School of Medicine.
Dr. Weber is a member of the NYS Psychological Association, the Suffolk County Psychological Association, and the American Psychological Association. She has authored and co-authored a number of journal articles, as well as taught psychology at Hunter College and Queens College.
She is currently in private practice in Seaford, NY. She resides on Long Island with her husband, dog Petey, and three cats.
