Cindy Rashkin, Neighbor

Cindy Rashkin has been a resident of East Windsor for the past 27 years. Her love of taking pictures inspired her to start carrying around a camera never knowing when the next picture perfect moment would happen. These moments also led Cindy to become the  company photographer for East Windsor Volunteer Fire Company #2 which she has been doing for the past 7 years. <br> <br>Cindy&#39;s love of animals, interest in people and involvement in the East Windsor community area is evident in the photos she loves to share.
