Teams & Programs Manager, Neighbor

We are a local non-profit 501 3 (c) youth basketball development organization that forms competitive Teams, Leagues that provides clinics and Team and player support for both boys and girls from 3rd grade to High School. We are a locally based community-focused organization of highly experienced and professional Coaches, Trainers, Managers and committed volunteers who partner with local schools and school administration, as well as Coaches and Athletic Directors to provide high quality basketball opportunities for all Napa Valley youth. Our goals are to develop healthy habits, fitness, fun, character and work ethic through basketball and assist players to reach their goals of playing for their High School and beyond to College. We provide, host and assist in both basketball skill training and fitness & athletic training utilizing our LEGENDS HOOPS staff and in partnership with Napa Valley College's basketball program. We are proud to have successfully fielded non-profit AAU Club Travel basketball teams in Napa for the past 5 years that represent the highest percentage of player and family return rate, as well as highest acceptance percentage to High School Team with a high Club team win ratio per season. We offer Team Training for school and League Teams, as well as individual Fundamental skills training and local Competitive Leagues year round each season of the year. We are focused on teaching fundamentals, mentoring and leadership!
