Colleen Griz, Neighbor

Colleen lives locally with her husband and their two children. She works as a middle school vocal music teacher. Colleen enjoys meeting other moms and exploring new ways to raise a happy and healthy family. She is thrilled to be part of Women’s Wellness of NJ and truly believes in the value of the programs offered to inspire health, fellowship, and confidence for women.
