It’s so good, we’re giving it the full First Friday debut treatment. Be here for the release to enjoy it fresh on draft or grab cans to take home. Then keep an eye out for it all summer long across Maryland, DC, and Delaware.
We’re also kicking things off with a little extra sunshine:&nbsp; Featuring our&nbsp;Buy a pair, get a pair promo.&nbsp;&nbsp;Order&nbsp;two pints of Lemon Shandy&nbsp;and we’ll hook you up with a&nbsp;FREE pair of Manor Hill sunglasses. Malibu-style, 100% UVA/UVB protection, and made from 100% recycled materials. Available while limited supplies last, so don’t wait around.
To round out the night, we’ve got&nbsp;live music from Kenny Arbuckle from 5–8pm. 
LEMON SHANDY (4%) – A shandy is beer at its most refreshing… a traditional blend of beer and citrus, born in British pubs in the 1800s as a way to beat the summer heat without losing the afternoon. Ours honors that spirit with a precisely balanced mix of soft wheat beer and real lemons — crisp, refreshing, and not-too-sweet. Low ABV and endlessly drinkable, it’s sunshine in a glass — perfect for pool days, backyard hangs, and easy summer living.
Our&nbsp;Farm &amp; Taproom&nbsp;will be open until 9pm with 14 taps featuring farm-brewed beers, hard seltzer, and non-alcoholic hop water, plus multiple options in cans available to go. All seating on the Farm is first come, first served.&nbsp; We have indoor seating, a large covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out. There are several picnic tables in our field, but we also encourage you to bring your own chairs or even a portable (10×10) pop-up tent for shade and find your new favorite spot with friends.

First Friday Release of Lemon Shandy + Sunglasses Promo

We’re keeping the celebration going after the First Friday release of our incredibly refreshing (and newest) summer seasonal…&nbsp;Lemon Shandy.&nbsp;To mark the occasion, we’re welcoming&nbsp;Mother Shuckers, a Chesapeake Bay oyster farm, out to Manor Hill on Saturday 5/2 for an afternoon of freshly shucked, local oysters. It’s a pairing that just makes sense. Bright, briny oysters topped with cocktail sauce, horseradish, and a squeeze of lemon alongside a crisp, citrus-forward shandy brewed with real lemons.
Mother Shuckers will be shucking from 12–4pm (or until sold out), so come early if oysters are on your mind. The farm stays open until 7pm, giving you plenty of time to settle in, grab a pint, and enjoy a full day on the farm.

This first-time ever event at the farm is a collaboration with the wonderful folks at&nbsp;Kids Markets, a national organization helping kids everywhere discover their potential and their entrepreneurial spirit.&nbsp; This one-of-a-kind family-friendly market will feature&nbsp;children ages 5–17 running their own small businesses, selling products or services they’ve created, and interacting with real customers.&nbsp; As a guest, you can expect an eclectic and vibrant Maker’s Market with creative, talented, and motivated young entrepreneurs on a bucolic farm setting.&nbsp;
The Next Gen Maker’s Market runs until 4pm, but the farm is open until 7pm featuring: 
- Live Music&nbsp;with Frank Florence from 2-5pm
- Mike’s Gelato&nbsp;with handmade, authentic Italian gelato 
- Pizza Trolley&nbsp;with brick-oven Neapolitan pizzas, salads, snacks, and more!&nbsp;
- The&nbsp;Taproom&nbsp;with 14 taps featuring farm-brewed beers, hard seltzer, and non-alcoholic hop water, plus multiple options in cans available to go. 
- Our Farm Stand (conveniently located behind the bar) with locally produced items for sale, including staples like Manor Hill Farm Pickles, Relish, Jellies and more.

Bring your family and friends to the Purcellville Music and Arts Festival on Saturday, April 25 from noon to 7 p.m. rain or shine. This free, family-friendly event will be held at Fireman’s Field Park and inside the Bush Tabernacle Skating Rink at 250 South Nursery Avenue.

Enjoy a full day of live music and performances across multiple stages, along with an art exhibit, games, chalk art, and a variety of interactive activities. Browse offerings from local vendors featuring handcrafted goods, food, beverages, and more. There will be fun for all ages, including face painting, glitter tattoos, sidewalk chalk art, and t-shirt or tote bag decorating. Local non-profits will also be on-site sharing information and resources. Special activities will highlight and celebrate the 250th anniversary of America’s independence. 
Inside the Bush Tabernacle Skating Rink—transformed into the Art Hall—you’ll find more than 30 works of art, live performances, art demonstrations, and hands-on activities including quilt square decorating and an Instrument Petting Zoo. Be sure to pick up a festival scavenger hunt booklet and complete it for a chance to win a prize!
