I founded Create Hope First after leaving teaching and getting my MA in Counseling Psychology. I help people reconnect with their inner nature, that person they were born to be! I help people live more authentically understanding themselves and those around them in a deeper and more compassionate way. My work is quick and non-invasive and based on science that dates back well over 3,000 years! While traditional therapy is great, what I can do for most people in one or two sessions, traditional therapy can do in a few months (and it will save you thousands of dollars and I don't need you to tell me about your childhood)!

I love what I do and I know how understanding myself in this unique way has changed both how I view myself and how I view the world and I love to share this gift with others!

I work with individuals, couples, families, as well as in-home workshop parties, and business training.
