My name is Christopher Polistena I am the East End Program Coordinator of The LGBT Network. Our East End location, The Hamptons LGBT Center (44 Union Street, Sag Harbor, NY) is located on the second floor of the Old Whaler's Church. The LGBT Network is an association of non-profit organizations that serve the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender population through out the life span.

Join us at The Studio by Hill Street for beginner-friendly ballroom and Latin dance classes led by professional instructors Val &amp; Neda.
The classes are designed for adults of all levels—especially beginners. You’ll learn the fundamentals of classic ballroom and Latin styles including samba, salsa, bachata, waltz, cha cha, rumba, tango and more in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Many attendees come on their own, and no prior experience is needed. The focus is on learning, movement, and enjoying a social evening out in the Hamptons.
No partner required. No experience necessary.

American Legion Post 803

Long Island Cares Veterans Project and the Southold American Legion Griswold-Terry-Glover Post 803 and its Auxiliary are teaming-up to host a Veterans Resource Fair and Food Distribution on Saturday, May 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Southold American Legion Post at 51655 Main Road (Route 25). The event will feature more than 25 Long Island organizations that offer services and programs specifically for veterans and active military personnel. In addition, Long Island Cares Veterans Project will distribute free fresh produce to veterans provided by the Long Island Cares Farm Truck and a free brown bag lunch will be offered to the first 200 vets in attendance. Admission to the Veterans Resource Fair is free and open to all veterans and active military. Individuals planning to attend are asked to register in advance by phoning Justin at 631-582-3663 ext. 151, however, walk-ins will be welcome.

In my SOUND&nbsp;MASSAGE&nbsp;ON&nbsp;THE&nbsp;TABLE sessions, you are laying on a massage table and I am using only 4 specific deep vibrational bowls on the fully clothed body, following the Meridian System as a general map. The beauty in Sound Massage on the Body is the "all inclusive affects" one gets to experience.&nbsp; 
The vibrational effects are systemic so Fascia unwinds all over simultaneously, lymph and blood and internal fluids in general are encouraged to FLOW. Clients are left feeling deeply relaxed and simultaneously energized cellularly.
