Dr. Cristina Guarneri has worked on political campaigns since 1993. She has provided seminars on Ethics and Leadership in Public Policy, including her newest seminar Ethics in Government: Looking for the Modern Abraham Lincoln. Dr. Guarneri holds a doctorate in Leadership, Management and Policy with a concentration in Public Policy from Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ and a professional certification in Public Performance Measurement: Government Affairs from Rutgers University, Newark, NJ.
