Community Affairs and Resource Center is a 501c3 non profit agency serving the needs of Monmouth County. We offer a variety of services including case management, translation/interpretation, youth programs, job readiness, employment services, utility assistance, rental assistance, Sandy Relief Programs, and much more. We have a bilingual staff able to meet the needs of English and Spanish speaking clients.
