City of Martinez Senior Center

CLARINET FUSION, the Bay Area’s premiere Clarinet Choir, brings their resonating sound to an upcoming concert titled ‘This is Halloween’at 7PM on Friday, October 23 at the Martinez Community Senior Center. Join us for a ghoulish mix of tunes that includes popular, fun!, classical, and some rock & roll!

Clarinet Fusion, a recipient of the Contra Costa County Arts Recognition Award, is based in Pleasant Hill and is in its 18th year entertaining audiences around the Bay Area and beyond. With its wonderful blend of 9 musicians playing 5 different kinds of clarinets – from the smallest high-pitched Eb clarinet at 19 inches to the largest Contrabass clarinet at 9 feet, Fusion brings its varied musical programing for the enjoyment of all. Come learn about clarinets, hear some great music, and the emcee will share some fun facts about the songs along the way. The musicians will be available to talk with you and answer questions after the concert.

The concert is open to the public – all ages welcome! Doors open at 6:30pm.

Tickets are $5 per person and available at the door.
