I am a retired public employee and 7 year President of RPEA Chapter 64, Newport Beach which serves retired members from Seal Beach to San Clemente, This is a Statewide volunteer organization protecting the CalPers pension and health benefits of all public employees who worked and sacrificed their lives for the betterment of our State, County and City employers and it's citizens.
