Engineering for Kids® Dearborn-Downriver is a STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) enrichment after-school program that provides children the tools to problem solve like real engineers. By taking students out of the “typical” classroom learning environment and allowing them to explore solutions to engineering problems on their own, children not only retain engineering concepts but are also better able to apply the same problem solving skills in all subjects.
