Corlears Hook Park

<p>Join Friends of Corlears Hook Park and Sound Practitioner and local resident, Christine Dimmick for a special outdoor Sound Meditation.</p>
<p>Sound bowls are a wonderful way to relax and restore your mind, body and spirit. Christine is a certified Tibetan Sound Bowl Practitioner, a method that has been used for centuries to promote health and healing within. Expect to enter a deep state of relaxation while you lay on your mat enjoying nature.</p>
<p>Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats are provided but it is recommended to bring a towel for extra padding and support for when you're laying on your back.&nbsp;You may also want a small towel to cover your eyes if you wish.</p>
